Cancellation & Refund Policy
This applies to the arrangement fee — the amount paid to The Hidden Hill upfront. Because the host has not been paid at the time of a cancellation, the host is unaffected in every scenario below.

| 7–14 days before check-in | 50% of the arrangement fee refunded |
| Under 7 days / no-show | Arrangement fee not refunded |
| Road closure, landslide, bandh, or permit refusal | Arrangement fee fully refunded or credited — your choice |
| Host cancels | Arrangement fee fully refunded, and we rehouse you |
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. (Placeholder pending confirmation against our actual UPI refund turnaround.)
